Snow haiku

If you read my Where’s my Winter? post, you realize that I am a fan of Winter and especially snow. Snow is a rare almost Urban Legend occurrence here in South Carolina. However, it has not always been so. I remember many winters as a child and teen when we were blessed with several inches of snow that lasted for days.

No, I am NOT a Global Warmer/Climate Change disciple. The only “Climate Change” I believe in is called, “Seasons” which God created. Anyway, I dabbled in haiku a few months ago to expand my poetry skills. Below is my first one. Enjoy!


Snow, muffled beauty

Here for just a little while

Blink and it is gone
